RESERVATIONS

To request a reservation, please enter all your information in the boxes below and click the request reservation button. We will respond via E-mail to your request within 24 hours. You may also call our toll free number to reserve a site. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of credit card information or a deposit check.
Daily and weekly rates are subject to a state lodging tax. Rates are based upon 2 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 1 pet. Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, or pets may apply. Check-in is at 1:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
For single night reservations, the full amount of the reservation is due at booking. Short stay reservations (less than one month) require a $50 deposit. Extended stay reservations (one month or more) require a $120 deposit. Deposits will be deducted from the total amount due upon arrival. This fee is nonrefundable for a no show.
Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made 7 days (daily & weekly reservations) or 30 days (monthly reservations) prior to scheduled arrival date. The site deposit less $10 cancellation fee will be refunded for timely cancellations. The first change to an existing reservation is free and subsequent changes will result in a $10 fee. Late cancellations, late changes and no shows will be billed in full for the time reserved and not used.
There are no refunds for holiday periods or during local events.
For early departures, credit is based on the actual length of stay, not the intended or reserved time. The bill must be recalculated if the departure results in a change in status (i.e. monthly rate to weekly or daily rate).

POLICIES
This privately owned park is designed for the mature and independent. The guidelines and policies are intended to assure a safe and pleasant living environment for everyone. Violations of these rules may result in legal remedies and loss of privileges or discounts. Equipment and facilities furnished on resort property are for registered guests only who use them at their own risk.
1. All guests and visitors must register at the office in the Clubhouse. Basic rent includes two people, one dwelling, one vehicle, & one pet. Additional guests/visitors or items will generate additional costs. See office for fees.
2. An adult approved by office staff must actively supervise guests less than 18 years. Specific guidelines are posted in the Clubhouse for recreational areas.
3. Maintain positive control of your pet at all times. Pet must be on a leash, on your space or in your unit. Failure to clean up after your pet, allowing it to run loose or be loud and aggressive will result in charges and/or loss of privileges. Pet owners will be provided a supplement to this rule and must sign a compatibility statement.
4. Garbage must be sealed and placed in dumpster. Only household garbage is permitted in the dumpster. Please recycle. Instructions are available in the office and recycling shed. Disposal of debris other than household waste (i.e. oil, batteries, paint, tires, furniture, appliances or other regulated material) is your personal responsibility.
5. All utility connections must be in accordance with county ordinance. Alterations to any utility are strictly forbidden and cause for immediate eviction. Sewer and sink water must be airtight. Fish cleaning stations are not allowed.
6. Visual site clutter is prohibited. Clotheslines, antennas and fences over 3 feet tall are not allowed. All vehicles and personal property must be neatly retained on rented spaces. Fire code does not allow for on-street parking. Off-site storage is available for excess property. See office for rates and registration of items.
7. Removal or transfer of equipment between sites is not permitted. Do not move picnic tables.
8. Auxiliary power units are not to be used except in the event of a power failure.
9. Off-road vehicles are prohibited except for transportation in and out of the resort property.
10. No repairs to vehicles or boats are allowed on the property. Disabled vehicles must be taken to a repair shop.
11. No Commercial Business activities are permitted. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction.
12. Activities that create a hazard, liability or imposition are not permitted at any time. Use of firearms (to include BB guns), fireworks, safety flares, slingshots or other weaponry is not allowed.
13. No subletting. Notify office in writing of intent to sell unit. Specific conditions apply to units/new guests intending to remain in resort.
14. All complaints or work requests must be submitted to the office in writing.
15. Speed limit is 10mph and is strictly enforced.
16. Open fires are allowed only in designated areas.
17. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. Please be considerate of others when traveling in and out of the resort at all times.
